Welcome everyone! My name is Richard Watson and I’ll be using this blog to explore the world of Training, Instructional Design, E-Learning, and Social Media topics.

In my current position, I am responsible for the development of learning programs, mentoring instructional designers and subject matter experts in content creation, designing and implementing content workflows,creating content (SME interviews, graphic selection/placement, audio/video, branding/look of learning materials, logical flow of content within learning paths), designing/creating assessments, developing job role competencies, and designing/facilitating soft skills workshop sessions on topics such as instructional design, training, presentation skills and team building.
