About Me

Welcome everyone! My name is Richard Watson and I’ll be using this blog to explore the world of Social Learning and how it intersects or collides with the world of Information Technology and Security. I’ll also discuss eLearning and Training topics. I currently work with a company in Portland, Oregon, that provides classroom management software solutions to the K-12 industry. My primary responsibilities include training our clients, developing content, and providing technical writing support for our products. In addition to training and technical writing, I’ve been involved in the network/security consulting business for the past 15 years and have authored several books through Prentice Hall Publishing on the subject.
